The Supreme Court announced on Friday that it's taking on gay marriage, The Hill reports. The court will review the constitutionality of 6th Circuit bans on same-sex marriage in Michigan, Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. A ruling is expected by June, and it could go beyond those four states to facilitate the right to same-sex marriage around the country.
