Samantha Gallagher is the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of First Potomac. She oversees corporate governance matters, SEC and NYSE compliance, structuring corporate-level transactions, litigation, and manages outside counsel. First Potomac, a real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, has a portfolio of more than 9 million square feet, primarily in the DC area. Samantha joined in October 2014 from Arnold & Porter, where she was partner in its corporate and securities practice. Before that, she was a partner at Hogan Lovells in its equity and US debt capital markets practice.
