Richard Lucas - Walker & Dunlop

Richard Lucas is the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Walker & Dunlop. He joined the company in 2010 from Hilton Worldwide. The commercial real estate finance company, based in Bethesda and founded in 1937, has 22 offices around the country. In April, it acquired Engler Financial Group, an investment advisory and brokerage firm. Before going in-house, Richard was a partner at Arnold & Porter. He spent 18 years with the law firm, focused on real estate transactions and litigation, particularly in hospitality and senior living.
