On the heels of Joan Didion modeling for fashion brand Céline, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is making her debut as the face of Chanel...at least as imagined by writer Elisa Rodríguez-Vila at Fusion. Rather than the usual celeb shots used for advertisements, Elisa envisions pairing top brands with "women who don't fit the supermodel mold--yet are superheroes in real life." Of featuring RBG for Chanel, she comments "Isn't this so obvious?" (We look forward to Chanel #5-4.) Other "dream castings" mocked up include Malala Yousafzai for Louis Vuitton and Gloria Steinem for Chloé.
