Legal Aid's $1.2M and Cooking

Legal Aid's Generous Associates Campaign this year just finished, raising a whopping $1.2M. More than 70 law firms participated, of which 40 met the criteria to participate in the second year of the famed cook-off. Lawyers can apply their competitive natures to chopping, baking, and slicing when the Generous Associates Campaign CulinAerie Cooking Competition goes down on Oct. 1. Last year's firm to beat is DLA Piper (with the "deconstructed BLT" dish). Look out for these firms wielding the spatulas: top GAC fundraising firms WilmerHale and Latham, along with Dickstein, Foley, Goodwin Procter, Jenner & Block, McKenna, Miller & Chevalier, Wiley Rein, and Paul Weiss.
