Carl Moultrie Courthouse, if you turn in an application by November 20. Send all materials to Judicial Nomination Commission executive director Katia Garrett. And if you're not ready this time, consider that if the pattern repeats next year (there were two more retirements announced earlier this year), you'll have at least three more chances to apply in 2016.
