David Geanacopoulos is the EVP for Public Affairs and General Counsel of Volkswagen. He oversees legal affairs in the US, government relations and public affairs. He joined the company in 2003, and before becoming GC in '08 held positions as Director of Industry for Government Relations and VP for Public Policy. Prior to joining Volkswagen, David was a partner at Akin Gump.
