Ann Davidson is a longtime general counsel to tech and defense sector companies. She's now the SVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Exelis. She joined the aerospace, defense and information solutions company—then ITT Defense & Information Solutions—in 2007 as VP and GC, and was later named Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and corporate VP. In 2011, Exelis spun off from ITT Corp, and Ann assumed her current role. Her past stints include Alliant Techsystems and Thales North America.
