A prime corner location on Pennsylvania Avenue has its anchor tenant: Sheppard Mullin moved in to its three floors at 2099 Pennsylvania Ave, after 11 years at 1300 Eye St. The firm's DC office opened in '03 with just five lawyers; it has 60 today and room to grow in the new office to more than 100.
