Taylor's Lucky #7

The newest location of Taylor Gourmet-- its seventh-- opened yesterday in Chinatown at 624 E St (the old Meatballs space). No major changes to the menu here; it'll have 36+ hoagies and hand-tossed salads, in addition to breakfast hoagies on weekends. Delivery will be available to surrounding neighborhood. Owner Casey Patten tells us that this location was a little bit more fun for him to do because he lives right down the street. While they've been training new staff on location for weeks, they are also bringing in a few "Taylor superstars"(all the folks you want on your fantasy sandwich-prep team) from other locations to help run the shop, including GM Daniel Mather (above, with co-owners David Mazza and Casey Patten).
