Ripple & Roofers Union Team Launches Jug & Table

The first floor of Roofers Union in Adams Morgan is about to have a whole different feel come the end of the month when it morphs into Jug & Table. We were among the first to hear of the new wine bar concept at Ripple’s five-year anniversary party last week. Opening May 29, Jug & Table will offer 20 wines by the glass chosen by sommelier Theo Rutherford in addition to several available by the jug for groups to share. Expect to hear sounds from vinyl records and nosh on a new menu from chef Marjorie Meek-Bradley focused on charcuterie, jarred snacks, and pressed sandwiches.
