WiserTogether Raises $9M

WiserTogether CEO Shub Debgupta has $9M in new venture money to grow his DC-based healthcare treatment comparison software firm. The series B round was led by Martin Ventures and Merck Global Health Innovation Fund. Shub and prior investors like Grotech, Harbert Venture Partners, 7Wire Ventures, and Blue Heron Capital also joined the round. WiserTogether’s software lets consumers compare over 4,000 of the highest cost treatments using personal, financial, and clinical factors. The funds will be used to scale operations and expand its customer base.
