Turkducken

10Pearls chief revenue officer Glen Hellman, here at his wedding June 2012, tries a new way to cook a turkey every year. Aside from the stir fry experiment (a flop), he’s deep-fried it (a crowd favorite), and this year the Hellman family will be trying a “turkducken.” This is a turkey, stuffed with duck, stuffed with chicken, stuffed with crawfish jambalaya. (Yes, we too are concerned.) Glen says after this year, the family will either stick with the turkducken or go back to deep fried.
