Tahzoo Takes LivingSocial Space

Yesterday, tech firm Tahzoo cut the ribbon on its new 12k SF HQ at 1005 Seventh St. The address may sound familiar--it’s LivingSocial’s old space in one of DC’s tech corridors. Contactually also moved into 6k SF in the building. The event drew Ezra Co. SVP Ezra Weinblatt (who helped put Tahzoo and Contactually in the space), Tahzoo director Gabi Macy, CEO Brad Heidemann and COO Jason McDowell. LivingSocial didn’t need the real estate after cutting its workforce and subleased it to the tech firms. As we reported last month, Tahzoo, which helps large clients like DIRECTV and Nationwide Insurance with their online content and non-digital experiences, has doubled revenue annually and has plans to add 20 people.
