Business executives at last Tuesdays invitation-only Rainmaker Roundtable at the Tower Club were treated to a lesson on effective leadership by Northrop operations VP Linda Mills. Here, Linda (second from right) is joined by Berenzweig Leonard managing partner Declan Leonard, SAICs Martin Miner, DC Rainmakers Nancy McCarthy, and Greystones Groups Sheila Duffy. Linda reminded her peers that in this age of millions and billions of emails and texts, it still takes a personal touch to lead and build trust with employees and customers.
