Business executives at last Tuesdays invitation-only Rainmaker Roundtable at the Tower Club were treated to a lesson on effective leadership by Northrop operations VP Linda Mills. Linda reminded her peers that in this age of millions and billions of emails and texts, it still takes a personal touch to lead and build trust with employees and customers.
