Dice president Shravan Goli has good news for tech people looking to make a move. More tech companies will be on hiring sprees in early 2015. Dice’s semi-annual hiring survey of 700 hiring managers released this week found that 75% will be doing more hiring in the first half of 2015. It’s slightly higher than the 70% reported in the mid-year survey and the 73% reported a year ago. Some other interesting findings: 64% of hiring managers say techies are asking for more money than they were six months ago; more hiring managers and recruiters are seeing tech candidates reject offers; and companies are seeing more turnover.
