More Innovator Pics

This group includes some of the greatest minds in federal mobility, cloud and data collection: DHS' Rob Palmer, C2 Labs CEO Anil Karmel, FBI’s Dave Rubin, USDA's Scott Cox (accepting the Federal Innovator award for Pam Hird), FCC’s James Miller and Mobilegov president Tom Suder.

Ambit Group president Kim Hayes, another Federal Innovator winner, brought her dad, Kenneth Hayes, and son Josh Shackleford. Kim’s Reston-based IT management consulting firm has recovered $88M in operational savings for federal agencies in the last six years.

Another winner was Bureau of Land Management CTO Patrick Stingley (left) with Robert Katz. Patrick is tasked with finding the right technology to manage 245 million acres of federal land. (A pick-up truck just won’t do.) We can also thank Patrick for co-authoring the term “cloud computing.”

Innovators can let loose too. Accessibility Partners principal partner and one of last night’s winners Dana Marlowe (right) is helping make technology more accessible to people with disabilities. One of her supporters was colleague Sharon Rosenblatt.

Thanks to our partners on this project: Eastern Foundry, KPMG, NeoSystems, Sheppard Mullin and JLL.
