IP Network Solutions SVP Aaron Tilock says Thanksgiving is a big food throwdown. One memorable Thanksgiving a few years ago was when Aaron and his wife cooked for 45 Italians in town for a wedding – four turkeys on the grill, 12 pies (they liked apple, hated pumpkin) and 20 pounds of mashed potatoes. It was a challenge to move that much food out of a small kitchen, but Aaron was supported at the grill with wine and cheese brought to him by the father of the bride. “It was an honor to give them their first taste of Thanksgiving,” he says.
