Clarabridge Expands Global Footprint

Clarabridge acquired Engagor, a real-time social customer service and engagement company based in San Fran and Belgium. The company, launched four years ago, complements Clarabridge’s ability to collect and analyze customer feedback from all channels by offering a social listening tool that allows users to instantly respond to customer feedback posted on social media. Engagor has clients like Volvo, Ikea, Pepsi and Nintendo and increases Clarabridge’s customers from 450 to 800 and from 5 billion records of customer feedback to over 10 billion. It also extends Clarabridge’s global footprint and expands its workforce by 10%. Clarabridge CEO Sid Banerjee (pictured) tells us his company has been growing annually 65%, and the goal is to grow faster than the market growth rate of 30%. More acquisitions are always a potential, he added.
