Plans for a new residential tower in Courthouse with 14 floors of apartments or condos will be presented this evening to nearby residents. The site of the Bush Construction building at 2000 Clarendon Blvd is slated for redevelopment. No formal plans have been filed with Arlington County and there's no word on a project start date, according to ARLnow. The planned tower will include a rooftop terrace, ground-floor retail and underground parking and storage. [ARL]
