That puts the Nationals Park area just outside the top five most expensive stadiums to live by. Even more interesting is that it's a notable increase since 2013's $392/SF, UrbanTurf reports. But before you scream highway robbery, consider the fact that the residential real estate near the park is mainly new high-rises.
