The shop will offer soups, salads and sandwiches. Meanwhile, the 105-year-old Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa has 29 locations nationwide. The Hotel at the University of Maryland will feature a rooftop banquet facility and veranda with views of the university's campus, 43k SF of meeting space for up to 1,500 guests, an indoor/outdoor pool and a fitness center.
