ARC Transfers 13 Hotels to Crestline to Manage

ARC Hospitality Trust and Crestline Hotels & Resorts continue their partnership as ARC transfers another 13 hotels to Crestline to manage. The full-, select- and extended-stay properties under the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG flags will add 1,493 guest rooms in eight states to Crestline's management portfolio. Crestline has been ARC's property manager and sub-property manager since its first acquisition. The hotel manager added 34 properties to its portfolio earlier this year when ARC acquired Goldman Sachs's Equity Inn portfolio. [GS]
