Spanish firm Abengoa was looking fora flagship presence with "commanding views" and has found it on the 29th floor space of 1100 Wilson in Rosslyn. Monday Properties has inked theprovider of sustainable energy infrastructure to a 7,000 SF lease, the landlord announced yesterday. Transwestern's Josh Masi, who repped the tenant with colleagues Matt Bundy and Scott Randolph, tells us it's a 10-year pact and that Abengoa will move in to the space early fall, once its build-out is complete. The firm is relocating from downtown DC.John Wharton was the in-house rep for Monday.
