PN Hoffmann, StonebridgeCarras Open Bethesda's Newest Luxury Multifamily

PN Hoffman and StonebridgeCarras cut the ribbon on The Darcy and The Flats last week, bringing another 88 luxury condos and 162 luxury apartments, respectively, on line in Bethesda. The former Lot 31 at the corner of Bethesda and Woodmont avenues now has Chop't, Paul, new Silver Diner concept "Silver," Passion Fish and Pottery Barn as tenants and three acres of underground parking. Snapped at the opening: Montgomery County Department of Transportation acting director Al Roshdieh, PN Hoffman CEO Monty Hoffman, Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett, and StonebridgeCarras principal Doug Firstenberg.
