Business executives at last Tuesdays invitation-only Rainmaker Roundtable at the Tower Club were treated to a lesson on effective leadership by Northrop operations VP Linda Mills. Here, Linda (second from right) is joined by Berenzweig Leonard managing partner Declan Leonard, SAICs Martin Miner, DC Rainmakers Nancy McCarthy, and Greystones Groups Sheila Duffy. Lindas rise at Northrop and her contributions within the IT sector are well known. She reminded peers in attendance that in this age of millions of emails and texts that dominate how we do business, it still takes a personal touch to effectively lead and build trust with both employees and customers.
