Monument Shows Off Franklin Square North

Last night, we stopped by Monument Realty's broker party at Maddy's Tap Room showcasing the available space at Franklin Square North (1100 13th St). The firm's Bethany Allen (fourth from left, who's marketing the space with colleague Doug Olson, far right) tells us there's 20k SF available on the fourth and eleventh floors, which are renting in the high $40s-low $50s/SF. Joining them here was Sam Heiber and Chris Lucey of Cresa, Monument's Neil Donahue (who celebrated a birthday yesterday), Newmark's Larry Bank, Monument's Pam Zandy, Miller Walker's Bill Miller, Monument's Tasha Stancill, and Miller Walker's Alex Walker. Bill and Alex are handling 1100 13th's 3,000 SF of available retail.
