This morning, Blake Real Estate announced expansions for three of its tenants. Blake's Neil Simon (right, whom we snapped last week with son Josh Simon of NAI KLNB while the Washington Monument photo-bombed) tells us that engineering firm ARUP and the Golden Triangle BID have each expanded at 1120 Connecticut, while Caterpillar Inc has taken additional space at 1425 K St. Neil says that since it remains a tenant's market, he's fortunate that the 2.5M SF Blake portfolio remains 95% leased.
