Two Major ReFi Deals Struck In Arlington, National Harbor

Foulger-Pratt, with the help of HFF, secured $97M in refinancing for its three-building Sequoia Plaza office complex, pictured above.

The 369k SF office complex, located at 2100-2120 Washington Boulevard in Arlington, is 83% leased, largely to the Arlington County government. The three-year, floating-rate loan was placed with Aareal Capital Corp.

Across the river, another major refinancing deal was announced on Thursday. Walker & Dunlop structured a 10-year, $54M Fannie Mae loan to refinance The Esplanade at National Harbor.

Bozzuto and Peterson Cos co-developed the 262-unit National Harbor apartment community, which delivered in 2015. It's located near the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, the Tanger outlets and the upcoming MGM Casino.
