More Jobs On the Way to Prince William

As we reported yesterday's coverage of our Prince William County event, vacancy is among the lowest in Northern Virginia. And as a result, job growth remains strong. Verity Commercial recently brokered deals that have brought in as many as 100 new jobs to Prince William. (Here's the firm's Ken Traenkle and Herman Diebler.) Over the past six months, the firm has brokered four industrial and retail deals, totaling almost 45k SF, and Herman says firms are looking to Prince William because of the great assets already in place: "Of the Northern Virginia markets, Prince William County has the most unique blend of skilled workforce and professionals, which attracts many of our clients."
