Monday Properties Refinances Rosslyn Portfolio For $888M

Monday Properties refinanced its portfolio in Rosslyn before its loan was set to expire.

The portfolio is nine buildings totaling 2.6M SF, for which Monday and partner Goldman Sachs took out a $700M loan in 2007. The refinancing, done with an undisclosed partner, is worth $888M, with the additional $188M to go toward capital improvements to the buildings, the Washington Business Journal reports.

Part of the portfolio is The Towers, the two-building office complex at 1000 and 1100 Wilson Blvd., for which $7M has been earmarked for improvements. Among those improvements is a new roof deck at 1100 Wilson to go with the one that tops its counterpart.
