What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there—at least not when we send a Bisnow reporter to the ICSC RECon retail real estate convention. On Monday, our reporter caught up with Dallas-based Edge Realty's Pam Goodwin, Mike Leonard, and Lauren Johnson.  Their take on Dallas' retail market: hesitation is exiting and people are more energized this year. Deals are actually getting signed  and occupancy rates are up slightly, too. One caveat: a large inventory of big boxes is on the market. Some are getting absorbed, but it's still a bad case of overbuilding.
