Cushman & Wakefield Hires 3 Capital Markets Brokers From CBRE

Cushman & Wakefield is bolstering its national capital markets team with three new hires from CBRE, all of whom will be based in D.C.

Vice Chairman David Dorros, Managing Director Sean Hayes and Managing Director Chris McGlone will lead Cushman & Wakefield's National Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisory Group.

The three brokers led a similar team at CBRE, where Dorros spent 14 years, Hayes spent 12 years and McGlone spent four years.

"This talented team dramatically enhances our expertise in selling notes and other debt instruments as well as multi-market property portfolio sales,” Cushman & Wakefield Americas brokerage and capital markets CEO Joe Stettinius said in a release.

C&W scooped up another top broker from CBRE in January when it hired Matt Garcell as a managing director on its tenant rep team. The firm also hired Bruce Pascal from Vornado in January, and brought on two brokers from The Ezra Co. in April.
