Bisnow Scoop: Savills Studley Scores Senior Finance Stars

In an effort to bolster the firm's capital markets strength nationally, Savills Studley has brought on veteran finance experts Patti Earnest, Stephanie Lynch, and Lindsay Stroud (snapped moments ago) to head up its new Structured Finance Group. Stephanie tells us the team, which will be based out of the firm's DC office, will work the full gamut of capital markets services, from debt and equity financing and JV placement to acquisitions and recapitalizations. Lindsay says the team will also be able to leverage the international platform of Savills Studley—the bulk of the firm's 27,000 employees are in Europe and Asia Pacific, he says. The group is already working on an international deal, Lindsay adds.
