How he got involved in BOMA
: I was out of work 29 years ago and received a call out of the blue while watching the Big East and ACC basketball tournaments, asking me to interview for the position of BOMA's  director of communications. I started the next Monday.
Daily habit: When in town, walk around the office to see what's going on with the staff and check out local sports results and statistics—go Nats!

Job in another life: I am fascinated by space exploration and would like to come back as an astronaut and explore the cosmos.
Item on bucket list: Dive deeper into my family's genealogy and see if I can connect the Chamberlains back to Charlemagne as my grandmother claimed, and Civil War General Joshua Chamberlain as my father hoped.
Startling fact: A big Yankee history buff from Connecticut, with special attention to the Civil War
