Association meeting experts are predicting a strong 2016, with some caveats. Some say venue cancellation terms are becoming stricter and supplier negotiations will be more important than ever. Hotel prices are predicted to increase; food and beverage will continue to be a significant chunk of pre-attendee costs; and some hotels in high-demand markets are no longer holding space, reports Associations NOW.
