The National Association of Town Watch says it's expecting its biggest turnout yet for its 32nd annual National Night Out tonight. The Wynnewood, PA-based association says it expects over 37 million people in over 16,000 communities to participate by leaving their outside lights on, and holding cookouts and parades like this one last year in West Hollywood, CA. Event creator and association founder Matt Peskin says the big turnout is being fueled by “negative incidents" over the past several months, and neighborhoods wanting to show their support of local law enforcement.
