How Avocados Ruled The Super Bowl

One of the funniest Super Bowl ads came from a trade group known as Avocados From Mexico. Remember aliens taking a tour of a museum about humans? The ad was the second time the group advertised during the Super Bowl, says Associations NOW. 

The ad was part of the group’s broader #AvosInSpace campaign.  The Irving, TX-based organization was formed in 2013 to coordinate marketing for the Mexican Haas Avocados Importers Association and the Association of Growers and Packers of Avocados From Mexico. Over 1.7 billion pounds of avocados were sold in the US in 2014. [AN]
