Harlow Dinner!

Last week,The Scene Bisnow went to the Capitol Hilton for the 32ndannual Bryce Harlow Foundation Awards Dinner, saluting the best policy players--both advocates and those in government.Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) was honored, introduced by his good friend from across the aisle, Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan), with whom he's worked on fiscal restraint and Start Up Act 3.0to increase immigration by foreign entrepreneurs. Sen. Warner joked that--having gotten his start at Nextel--he's the only dinner speaker who ever urges guests to keep their cell phones on. Here, Caterpillar worldwide head Bill Lane, Russell Reynolds DC office head and Foundation Board member Denise Grant, Levick Communications prez Mark Irion, and govt relations star Beverly McKittrick.
