BiddingForGood Acquired

BiddingForGood, the Massachusetts-based company that developed a widely used platform for online fundraising, was acquired by FrontStream Holdings, a provider of philanthropy solutions for nonprofits and corporations. BiddingForGood has been used to raise $300M for schools and nonprofits since its launch in 2003. It will be integrated into FrontStream’s platform, which has tools to raise money over the web, mobile and social interfaces. It also allows users to manage workplace giving and online auctions.
