Are You Diverse? The Internet Knows

If your organization's definition of diverse is hiring a good mix of Redskins and Cowboys fans, then you might want to take a crack at ASAE's new D+I tool. Released this week, the online diagnostic tool gauges the diversity of an organization's base of volunteers, employees, and members.It also provides some strategies for expanding an organization's reach. ASAE president/CEO John Graham says the tool, which went through two rounds of beta testing, is a good way to report to employees, boards, and members about the results and any next steps.
