Angry Tweets Coming To Congress Today

The National Association of Graduate-Professional Students is launching another GradsHaveDebt2 social media campaign today. Graduate and professional students will message, post, and tweet federal lawmakers about rising student loan debt and inequalities in interest rates for postgrad students. The association, which has over 500k student members, wants Congress to reunify undergraduate and graduate interest rates and reinstate the in-school interest subsidy for graduate and professional student loans. The organization staged a similar campaign last year after legislation was passed to adjust interest rates for student loans.
