He’s seen here with event organizers Chad Gemmell and Amar Nijjar (JLL) and Neil Carpenter (National Bank). Chad tells us the professor’s talk focused on global capital markets, loss severity trends on mortgage debt, and current CRE asset valuations, "specifically how the valuation index of the current market is already well above the peak values seen before the credit crisis.”
