Israel Berger & Associates, having combined (powerful) forces with Viridian Energy & Environmental, formed a new company for their combined operations, VIDARIS Inc. IBA president and now VIDARIS CEO Israel Berger (along with senior principal Adrian Tuluca and president & COO Marc Weissbach) says that the merged companies will integrate shared expertise in building envelope, restoration, energy efficiency, commissioning, and sustainable design/ construction. Vidaris’ focus is on servicing a niche marketplace for specialty consultancies in the A/E/C and real estate industries that offer outstanding consulting and monitoring services for high-performance buildings and specialty structures.
