Here's One Sotheby's International Realty's Mayi de la Vega and Swire Properties’ Maile Aguila marking the kickoff of sales for Rise, one of two condo towers in the $1B mixed-use development Brickell City Centre. Maile says the launch of sales at Rise follows strong demand for Reach, Brickell City Centre’s first condo tower, which has sold over 75% of its units. (Reach, Rise, any bets on what's next? Rinse? Maile adds that condo buyers—many still from other countries—like Miami because they're seeking more sophisticated and accessible urban cores. Located at 88 SW Seventh St, the planned 43-story tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by design firm Richardson Sadeki. Comprised of one-to-four bedroom apartments and seven penthouses, the 390 units are priced from $550k to $2.7M (more for the penthouses).
