Mill Creek Sells Its Prime Tampa Developement

A Canadian REIT is taking a piece of luxury living in Tampa.

Lantower Residential — a subsidiary of Canadian H&R REIT — purchased Modera Westshore, a 300-unit, Class-A apartment project off I-275 and W Spruce Street from Mill Creek Residential for an undisclosed sum. ARA Newmark's Patrick Dufour, Kevin Judd, Scott Ramey, Richard Donnellan and Marc deBaptiste brokered the sale for Mill Creek.

Mill Creek built and delivered Modera Westshore in 2014.
