Cement Pour!

Last Friday, 60 trucks poured 600 cubic yards of cement into H3 Hollywood to lay a third of the foundation for the urban condo project. The remaining foundation pour was completed this week as piles begin to go vertical. Developed by Team Real Estate Developments, with sales led by Fortune International Realty, the 15-story, 247-unit H3 will soon rise in Downtown Hollywood.
