A Rare Bulk Condo Sale

It's pretty unusual these days: a bulk condo deal in South Florida. But they still happen occasionally. Recently a private buyer took 21 units at Mint at Riverfront, 92 SW 3rd St in Brickell. "This is the first bulk deal we closed since the crisis," FA Commercial/Fortune's Fabio Faerman tells us. "We did a lot of bulk deals during that time."

The driver of the Mint deal wasn't distress, just that the private seller, whom Fabio repped, wanted to focus on triple net properties with national tenants, instead of dealing with many residential units. The deal was all cash, and all of the units are rented (Mint has about 600). Fabio calls the property "ideal for Millennials who seek to live, work and play in close proximity."
