Brickell Towers Changing the Skyline

Snapped at a rooftop soirée at Brickell City Centre: an image that captures the area's frenetic pace of development. To the left, REACH condo tower, then the EAST, Miami hotel, then RISE condo tower. The lower building in the center is one of the two office towers, Two Brickell City Centre. The buildings are all set to be completed by year-end.

About 200 real estate pros came to the event, which was hosted by Swire Properties SVP of sales Maile Aguila (far left). The David Leon Trio, an alumni jazz ensemble from the National YoungArts Foundation, provided the entertainment. Swire's RISE tower topped off in January and recently launched sales following the strong demand for REACH, which topped off in March and is more than 80% sold.
