Armani/Casa Sales Brisk, Groundbreaking Set

Snapped at Dezer Development and The Related Group's party for Residences by Armani/Casa brokers at the Dezer Platinum Information Center this week: Dezer Development's Gil Dezer and Related's Jorge Perez. The highlight of the evening (especially for the brokers) was the payment of commissions on the heels of strong sales at the planned 308-residence building, which is 60% sold. Spurred by the sales, groundbreaking is slated for October.
